Good evening. My conclusion is I miss Jenny, and Giles is not the best at gift-giving (come on.. GRAPES?!)

PS: I got a new schedule. Buffy extended reactions will be up Mondays and Fridays, with the "Early Access" coming out the following days (Tuesdays and Saturdays).

Well, FINALLY watched this reaction. I think it's my least favourite episode of Buffy (for some reason), so it took a little while to work up to it :p But you are right that this episode does involve Cordy in a more significant fashion, which is always good. And I do really love the Angel/Xander scene. But for whatever reason this episode always just felt off for me. And while it might be stupid, I really dislike the "Oh, Buffy had a cousin who died to this monster" bit. It always felt like an extremly forced plotpoint.

I wonder if they just wanted Giles to be the stereotypical Brit for this episode, not showing much emotion whenever Jenny was brought up.
