The Next Sci-Fi MegaMap - Poll (Patreon)

Evening! (well, it is here in the UK :)  )

Time to decide the next Sci-Fi megamap.  The final map for New Atami Subway will be released in January, so then we need to start work on the next one.

We've got some new ideas, plus some popular runner-ups from previous polls.

  • The Wreck of the Sheerwater - a huge derelict spacehulk, with a grimy industrial aesthetic, spread across a single level
  • New Atami Argencorp Office Block - a multilevel cyberpunk corporate office block, with foyer, offices, executive levels etc.
  • Space Port: Othminom Orbital - a multilevel space station, with repair, hab, shop etc levels.
  • Buryville Creek Post-Apocalyptic Town - A sprawl of suburban streets, with a small strip mall, some houses, car park etc, for post-apoc Zombie games etc.
  • Norshriek Research Station - scientific research lab in arctic/glacier setting

The poll runs for 48 hours, and you can vote for as many options as you'd like.

This one is hard. My campaign needs a big corpo office building, but like Loyd said, there is almost no station maps out there. There is the Distant Outpost maps. But it’s too small for what my game has in mind.

Can the space station be modular enough that repeated levels would work or maps be able to be linked by "bridges" so this thing can really sprawl if we might want it to?
