June's Sci-Fi Preview - The Galactic Archives (Patreon)

Hey everyone,

At the start of the month we asked you to suggest a Star Wars-inspired location for the Sci-Fi map in June, and then we picked randomly. The winner was something inspired by the Jedi Archives (even though the archives appear to be incomplete....)

We got a bit carried away with it, and it ended up a much bigger map than we had intended - but we wanted to convey the grand architecture of the place.

So, the map ended up being 65 x 65, and two levels!

Due to the shape of the building (essentially cruciform), there's lots of negative space, so we're going to be providing the map both as a full map, and also as 5 separate pieces (the four arms and the central rotunda) for both levels. That way you'll also be able to just use a bit of the archives if that's all you need for your game.

So, a bit of a departure from the standard Sci-Fi map size and format, but we thought this was a special location and so deserved it.
