May's Alt-Version Poll - What's inside the building? (Patreon)

Hey everyone.

Thanks for all the ideas - we were inundated with suggestions and our shortlist was not very short at all! You're all such a creative bunch!

First, we want to say that because we wanted to only create interiors, and not change the exterior map, some of the ideas, whilst awesome, wouldn't have worked with this limitation. One such idea is the Lighthouse.

However, because literally loads of you suggested it, we've decided that a Lighthouse version of this map will be the Third Map for May. That will allow us to add an additional storey, and modify the outside, as well as making Day/Night versions.  So, it's not an option in the poll, but we couldn't ignore such a popular suggestion.

So, onto the poll itself. We've managed to get it down to 12 options, of which we'll make 5.  You can vote for 5 ideas, so select all 5 you'd like to vote for before pressing Submit. 

Here they are!

• A nobleman's getaway. A nicely furnished home, suitable for a noble, hunting lodge, exile's house, rich merchant etc.
• An abandoned wizard's home with interdimensional creep. Dusty shelves and spell areas, with planar/realm incursions
• A Cthulhu-esque ramshackle 'shrine'. A grille-covered hole to the sea, an improvised shrine, sea-weed, tentacles reaching up
• The hermitage and library of a sage. Simple living area, and lots of library shelves.
• A mimic house. Looks like a simple home, but also turns into the organ- inside of a mimic!
• A witch/hag house. Bubbling cauldron, potions, strange glows, animal skulls etc
• An abandoned church, with a broken floor crypt slab with stairs leading down into the darkness
• A smuggler hideout, ramshackle and poor. Would also work for bandit hideout
• Retired Pirate/Navigator house. Nautical themed, nicely furnished, telescope, maps and charts
• Rundown coastal tavern, like the Admiral Benbow
• Military resistance hideout - hammocks, tables covered in plans, maps etc. Rebel base (but not Star Wars!)
• Dilapidated old house interior, with additional 'collapsed floor' version.
