February's Map of the Month preview (Patreon)

Time for a preview, and some ideas from you!

This will be your Map of the Month for February - a 30x30 map showing an inhabited castle in the middle of a marshy swamp, with some ruins suggesting it was once a much grander castle. The castle has a hall and rooms for the owner (and their family), and some limited living areas for the few servants and guards they employ.

The Alt-Version

We'll be using this map as the basis for the Alt-Version - and so here's where we need your suggestions. How should we reimagine this map? What re-skin could we apply to change it up into something different? Remember that the alt-version isn't an entirely new map, and so your suggestions should keep that in mind. We'll pick our favourites in a few days time and put up a poll.
