December Schedule - News and Updates (Patreon)

And so we enter December.  Festive wishes to everyone for whom this time of year is festive and a high-five anyway to everyone for whom it is not!  Before we get to our schedule for the month (a bit altered due to Xmas), a little housekeeping.

Christmas Countdown

We begin our Christmas Countdown on DrivethruRPG tomorrow, so look out for an email in your inbox with a link to the first of our discounted new maps - it is one of the ideas that came from our patron competition, the Frost Fair on the frozen river.  There is also a second set going online for those who don't want any fair with their frost, a day/night set of the frozen river location (as suggested by Paul Lawrence, the contest winner).  

The Multi-level Mega Dungeon

Many of you have noticed that we hit our latest target of 475 patrons earlier in the month.  We didn't start a fanfare straight away as we know things fluctuate, particularly around the billing time.  As we expected, we have dropped back under, but this number will probably creep back up over the next couple of weeks.  

So, you are likely going to get the exciting first installment of your multi-level mega dungeon in the January rewards bundle.  If the number is back up past 475 by the 14th of the month we will be able to fit the dungeon into the schedule and so will confirm, but we will make some plans with you all before that (ie there will be a little poll, etc).

December Schedule

Thank you once again for your support this month.  If you have been successfully billed by Patreon this month you will get your reward bundle in a few days time. 

Meanwhile here's the planned schedule for Patreon posts and releases for December. 

2nd December- The Third Map contest. This month: we'll name a theme and will ask for suggestions.  Then, we'll pick a winner with a dice roll!

4th December- Third Map competition closes and winner revealed, randomly picked by dice roll.

5th December- Everyone that had their payment processed by Patreon at the beginning of this month will receive their rewards download link.  

7th December- Your January Map of the Month reveal.  Hint: A cold settlement. We'll also ask you for suggestions for an Alt-Map.

9th December- 48hr poll opens for the Alt Map, a re-imagining of the Map of the Month.

13th December- Extra poll - about the new multi-level mega dungeon

15th December - Reveal of the January Sci-Fi map for $8 tier patrons.  Hint: there's ice and metal.

18th December - We'll preview your finished January Alt-map

23rd December - January's Third Map will be previewed

29th December - A summary of all the reward bundle you'll be getting in January (yes, we do forget to do this sometimes)

In addition there will likely be a preview of the first level (entrance level) of the mega dungeon towards the end of the month along with the usual extra bits and pieces (free tiles, discounts etc ).
