Cthulu Temple - comments please (Patreon)

The winner of poll for the alt map was the Cthulu Temple which we're going to get started on soon.  We don't play any Lovecraftesque games so could do with a little advice.  Without any promises from us on what exactly will go into the map, what are the key features you would expect to see in a Cthulu Temple?  What makes the temple Cthulic rather than just evil cult?
