How we made the Black Scar Mine (Patreon)

We hadn't intended to court suggestions for the name of the mine, but some of you kindly gave ideas.  Patrick Willoughby's suggestion 'Black Scar' was repeatedly praised and as we like it too it seems to have stuck - so Black Scar Mine it is.  Many thanks to Patrick, who we feel should get a  prize even though we weren't running a competition!  Check your messages please Patrick.

We thought you might be interested to see this gif that shows the build-up of the mine.  Not quite every step, but you can see much of the development of the map.   The gif starts with the basic blocking-out over what was a very sketchy hand-drawn plan (sorry you have to see those awful tracks!) and runs through to the fully lit mine.
