Short Description: No longer Princess Celestia's student, Sunset Shimmer finds herself as a pony in the Harry Potter world seeking her ascension.  She gets Luna Lovegood instead.

Author's Notes

Two and a half years of burnout.  Yeesh.  I've been trying to write absolutely anything to get back in the habit, hence this.  I don't know if this is going to be a thing, but I figured people would rather I post it than stay silent for who knows how long.

Yeah, it's a Harry Potter crossover.  I know it's a contentious topic, but it is what it is.  Originally, the idea was to have Sunset stay a pony when she goes to the EQG world and end up relying on EQG Fluttershy to hide her while Sunset coaches her to stand up for herself, etc. etc., but I didn't really have anywhere to go from there given how it would have short circuited the EQG plot.  The Harry Potter world, on the other hand, gives her plenty to be sarcastic and offended at, not to mention Luna (if I can do her justice).

Anyway, next I'm going to see if I can get a chapter out for one of my existing stories with proper Patreon previews along the way.  Sharing the Nation, maybe, though A Sparkle-ling Perfection is possible too.  The thing about Equal Opportunity Ascension is that it's time to introduce Starlight Glimmer... and all the characters around her that'd essentially be OCs, which I balked at.  Might be a sign that my plans for that need revising.
