A Sparkle-ling Perfection: Chapter 13 & 14 (Patreon)

I swear, at least I can write under pressure.  Chapter 14 came SO much easier than Chapter 13.  There's still an awkward transition or two at the end of Chapter 13 I'm going to take a look at, but otherwise I think it's okay.

Anyway, as I've discussed in the past, this is going out to all Patrons in order to meet the end of the month deadline. Chapter 13 will be posted to FimFiction.net tomorrow-ish, and 14 will be a few days after, in case anyone would rather read it there after a bit more proofreading.  Sanity checking would be nice, too, if anyone wants to volunteer.  It's not impossible that I lost track of something in the confusion that's going on in the story right now.
