Change to Commissions in December (Patreon)

Starting in December we'll be lifting the majority of restrictions on the characters Patrons can ask for at commission level tiers. 

Fanart will be allowed at all tiers, and can be from any series of the Patron's choosing.

Characters based on memes will still be disallowed. In addition we will reserve the right to turn down any characters we deme to be unworkable (i.e. outfits are too elaborate, requires too much design work, etc).

All other rules pertaining to what's allowed at what tier (pinup versus illustration for example) will still apply.
