Singing terribly was always one of the things Bob Odenkirk was known for comedically so it was nice to get some of that. The way Kim reacted to it is also just precious. With Nacho I think it's important to remember that he didn't have many options. Tuco is nuts and could've flown off the handle at any moment. If he got someone other than Mike it would have gone so much worse for him too. Mike certainly could have turned him down outright but in some ways I think he sees Nacho as a decent person and wanted to protect him.
