Ohai! Been a while since we've done one of these. If you have still not a cast a vote in the poll that is up on YouTube right now, please do so! It seems there is a clear winner right now, but I want to make sure everyone has voted.

For this poll, I have gone to my suggestion form (now containing 420 unique submissions... nice) and pulled four films from all of the films that have been suggested at least three times. I know that Speed and JoJo Rabbit are more popular films and have been reacted to a lot. Highlander and The Fisher King are movies I've never heard of before, with the former having been reacted to a lot more than the latter. I have confirmed that I have access to watch all of these online on my end too.

This poll will close at end of day Friday in my timezone (MDT). And the reaction for this will release on the channel on one of the Fridays in April.

Happy Voting! 🥳

Jojo Rabbit is such a brilliant movie

Fisher King is kind of amazing. It is well off the radar, though. Rotten tomatoes gives it 85% / 84% which is pretty good, but of course, Jojo got 80% critics, and 94% audience. Speed, of course got the higher tomato score, 94%, but with a 76% audience score... People love the movies they love, nothing wrong with that. And usually don't watch reaction videos of films they've never seen before, which is unfortunate... No matter what wins, watching with KL will be fun!

I went with Speed. Not because it’s the best movie on the list but because I think it would make for a better reaction video and will probably net the most views.

I agree with Absher but I’d add SPEED is also significant for giving the action genre a shot in the arm at the time, and marking the start of the transition away from what Stallone and Schwarzenegger did in the 80s to what we’d see for the next decade at least. Less muscles and guns, more high concepts and thrills. SPEED is also the first pure action movie in my lifetime to feature a woman hero on (let’s say near) equally footing with the man.

I’m clearly in the minority amongst my generation but I think HIGHLANDER is a slog.

I recently saw Speed for the first time...it is an undeniable thrill that holds up impressively well. Don't want to create too many expectations though, so my comments end there!

I had to go with my heart, The Fisher King is a favorite of mine. I have fond memories of watching it as a teen with my Mom, and then getting my best friend to watch it, she enjoyed it as well. A couple of the suggestions for it were probably me 😜😁
