When Omega was in the walls, those things zooming by are the little droids that were carrying the blood specimens they took. They may also carry other things throughout the facility, but that's what we've seen them take and what gave Omega the idea to get out through there. When I saw the inside and them zooming by, it made me think it's like their version of a pneumatic tube system.

Lmao I was the same as you when it came to those sly remarks this episode. With the "the specimens" and " Sure you have (changed)"😂 Can't wait for Wednesday! Worried about Echo though because we have no knowledge of where he ends up, hell the whole crew tbh. Though Echo is the last original Domino squad member left, if he goes than all dominos have fallen🥲 Either way I have faith in Filoni! Catch ya then!
