Oh man did I work a long time on this one haha, at least 6 hours on stream and then a little more while doing the initial sketch off-stream the other day.  Very happy with the result though ^^

Look at that throat of his, how tight that gullet looks... But its still flexible flesh, malleable enough to stretch for prey passing on through on their way to his stomach, but still squeezing them snugly as they slide down the esophagus. All soft, snug, and slimy~
