Well hello there, from yet another dreary winter Monday here in the UK. It's Rich here, with detailed files on the happenings of this morning's #content meeting. Tom's on holiday so wasn't there, but otherwise there was much to discuss - kicking off with a big discussion on the 'dollars per frame across an x game average' value metric as we wade into the RTX 4080 Super review process. Does averaging a series of values on a non-linear scale actually make sense? Is there a better way? Currently thinking about this, but there's certain easy 'readability' with dollars per frame even though milliseconds per frame is arguably 'better'. In the past, I've talked more about x% more performance for y% more money and maybe that's still the best way to play it.

Anyway - here's how things are shaping up this week.

* John will be reviewing Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League. We've not got code yet, but on the flipside, we've not been told we won't be getting code either. If you're in New Zealand, the game is available now on early access so we'll have timely access to it one way or another. John says he really wants to do it because he really wants to see what the final game actually is and how (if?) it shapes up as a single-player game.

* Rich is handling the aforementioned RTX 4080 Super review. I'm also going to be working on a new system that automates benchmarking to a certain degree because ultimately, it has to happen in a world where I as a single person get the same amount of time to review a GPU as, say, Linus who has a raft of employees in the background doing the work for him (using automation no less).

* Alex has handed in his DLSS3 to FSR3 mod coverage and it's been on early access for premium tiers since Saturday. It's currently scheduled to run on Thursday but might be moved up. For now, he's working on a new Tech Focus, looking at TAA. There'll be a focus here on 1080p, where its less desirable affects are more noticeable.

* Oliver is working on his Persona 3 Reload piece, and is still finishing up his face-off between the Deck HD 1200p screen and the new OLED model.

* Tom is away but on his mid-week return, he'll be finishing up his look at the PlayStation cloud streaming service. You want input lag and image quality tests? You'll get them. Plus xCloud comparisons!

* Will has just finished up his Eurogamer review on AMD's new Ryzen 8000 APUs and will be crunching some numbers for me on the RTX 4080 Super review. Beyond that, look out for his Eurogamer piece on building an all-white PC!

We'll be paying close attention to any potential Sony State of Play events that may or may not happen later in the week, but in the meantime, do let me know if there's anything you think we should be taking a look at! Beyond that, I hope you have a fantastic week!

I'm looking forward to Tom's opinion on cloud streaming.

I'd say x% gains relative to non Super 4080 would be helpful. I've never found frames per dollar that interesting or particularly helpful. I'm not comparing fps per dollar. I'd just like to know straight up performance gains vs 4080 non Kromulent edition, vs 3080 Maybe some Radion in the mix. Not applicable to me because I'm a DLSS loyalist at this point
