Hi everyone! Hello there! I write this as the first snowfall of the winter descends in a gloomy United Kingdom, but I'm happy to report that the veil of gloominess is soon to disperse as the Digital Foundry #content continues!

* Rich (ie me) is likely to be handling the RTX 40 Series Super reviews. I'm looking to expand upon the formula I tried with RTX 4060, where in addition to the benchmarks, you'll get practical testing of what these GPUs can do over and above the console experiences in specific games - a product of the behind-the-scenes work done by our friend, Mohammed Rayan. PS5 'FPS Boost'? Still working on it - and a host of other things!

* Tom will be completing his work on the PS5 version of The Finals, then upgrading his old first-gen Threadripper set-up with a Core i9 12900K system I put together for him! Beyond that, we're open to ideas. We never looked at The Outer Wilds, but it's now out on Switch, which is a potential thing.

* John has a massive array of projects in the works, but he's returning to the fray with our coverage on Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown. Switch, PC, Xbox Series, PS5 - those are the formats we'll be looking at.

* Alex is polishing off our first look at The Finals with a PC-focused video, optimised settings and all the trimmings. He's going to be looking at FSR 3 along with analysis of the DLSS 3 to FSR 3 mod. Also: expect to see a NEW PC Retro Time Capsule video, focusing on Max Payne 2.

* Oliver has been busy behind the scenes working on embargoed content you'll start to see rolling out from next week onwards and in addition to DF Direct duties, he's also going to be reviewing the 1920x1200 DeckHD upgrade for Steam Deck, stacked up against the standard LCD model and the OLED variant.

* Will is back and over on Eurogamer, he'll be taking care of articles covering most of this content, plus he's delivered his first 3D printer review, a review of Dough Spectrum Gorilla Glass monitor... and he's putting together a piece on building his first all-white PC!

Have we missed or overlooked anything? I mean, my backlog of projects is already gigantic, but do let us know of anything you'd like to see on the channel! In the meantime, I wish you all a fantastic week!

I was wondering if any cutbacks were made to the 4080 Super from the original 4080. Nvidia only compaired it to 3080ti. With the cost reduction from 4080 and that model still selling above $1200. Have any specs been reduced to hit the $999 price point?
