One of the first games to utilise all of Unreal Engine 5's cutting edge features, Immortals of Aveum has been patched to add dynamic resolution scaling and improved resolution in general. The developers suggest a DRS range of 960p to 1440p with FSR 2 upscaling to 4K, significantly up from the 720p we were seeing. However, while image quality improves and FSR 2 artefacts are minimised, the end result appears to be a significant drop in overall performance.
