Here's Rich with a look at performance in Elden Ring on PC using an RTX 2070 with broadly equivalent console settings (beefed up in places, actually) with RT on and off. A Ryzen 5 3600 with 16GB of 3600MHz DDR4 was also used, with the game running from a SATA SSD.

This is hilarious... Why did they spend so much time on such a lackluster implementation of ray tracing? The ray traced lighting looks so flat.
