Hullo folks, it's Will here for a change - as Rich is off this week in sunnier climes! Happily, 2023 is continuing to impress in terms of big game releases, even in the normally austere late-winter period, and the DF team is hard at work. Here's what everyone's up to, and some hints about what you can expect for the week ahead!

* John has finished off his Dead Space coverage, due to arrive on the channel very soon, and is moving into a busy week with a look at GoldenEye 007 on various platforms - plus the early stages of the next DF Retro episode.

* Oliver's Dead Space platform analysis is nearly ready for prime-time, so now he's tackling recent surprise hit Hi-Fi Rush.

* Alex is on the familiar PC beat, finishing up our Forspoken coverage - including a look at DirectStorage's impact on loading times - then moving onto some other recent multi-platform AAA releases on PC.

* Tom is continuing work on the DualSense Edge controller review, with an aim to follow this up with a look at how 120fps games fare on Xbox Series S.

* Will (ie me) is producing a (long-delayed) write-up of a tour of Danish audio company EPOS, looking at how their gaming audio hardware is made - and how actual scientific research informs their design. Beyond this, it's the usual deputy ed duties and updating our many hardware guides for 2023.

As usual, if you have any content suggestions or if you think we've missed any games you feel we should be covering, do let me know!

Have a great week!

John, I might be in the minority, but I'd personally like to see some Atari Lynx content for DF Retro. With only 73 games released for NTSC, it seems like a doable series similar to your Sega 32x coverage. Maybe you could also talk about how to modernize the console with a rechargeable battery, screen mod, etc.

Any chance you'll be looking at recent release Risen or the upcoming Wild Hearts?

No GeforceNow review yet? Is it still coming?

I wonder if Oliver is interested in Deliver Us Mars since he reviewed the last game in the Series S ray tracing vid lol

Pass on my thoughts to Oliver having to scrap parts of his Dead Space comparison video
