The game I was most interested in from the show was the Killer Klowns game! I played and largely enjoyed the Friday the 13th game, but the setup for Klowns sounds like an even better approach for asymmetrical mulitplayer. I signed up for the beta immediately, hopefully it delivers!

Hello guys, as always I love the show. What impact do you think sampler feedback streaming and the rest of Microsoft’s velocity architecture will have in helping mitigate some of the issues with the Xbox series S lower amounts of ram and memory bandwidth.

Will we eventually see PC gaming go to unified memory a la Apple Silicon and consoles?

Shouldn’t we treat the GTX 1060 the way we do base PS4 and look for developers to move on from cross-gen? They both make up the largest portion of their respective install bases but the RTX and comparable AMD cards have been out for years now. I don’t see the same push to leave behind older technology in order to create new experiences in the PC space comparable to everyone wanting PS5/Series native games.

Hi DF, With the increase in the price of the PS5 do you think Sony should instead of doing a PS5 PRO, do a PS5 "Lite" with lower specs at 250-300 dollars? And if the response is "yes they should", what specs should they take in account to not make it so underpowered?

Hey founders of digits! I've got this issue in Spider-man for PC and I wonder if this is something you all have insight about or have seen. I've noticed with certain games with RT (Spiderman, Dying Light 2, Marvel's GOTG) that performance slowly declines over time until eventually the game is unplayable (80+fps -> 30 or less). When I restart the game, everything is fine and performance goes back to normal. This isn't a temps issue, and for context I'm running a 3080 and r7 3700x. Have you guys seen this, and could this be a hardware/api/software issue with RT, or just a personal problem with my own pc? It's really frustrating to have to close and reopen a game after 30 mins of playing to maintain fps.

Lies of P stole the show for me and looked to be running very smooth. Also the trailer for Sonic Forces was way better than the IGN showing. Anyone feeling better about that game now?

I am preparing to build a desktop around Ryzen 7600/7700. Should I go for an RTX 3070 now or wait for the 4060/4070? My monitor is 1440p 165Hz.

Watershed

im doing the same thing. im on a 1070 still but have been waiting/saving for a "5" PC(?) AM5, pcie5, ddr5, etc. why not wait until the 4000 series drops and maybe even scoop up a 3080 for the same youd pay for a 3070 today? just a random's opinion :)

Moogall

Not a question. Just so many pre rendered “cinematic” trailers with no gameplay

Have you any updates on the Polymega? Will you review one in the future?

Hey ya'll, I love the work DF does and the technical insight brought to the "greater gaming conversation". One thing I would be interested in hearing more of is the cost consideration of game development. You hear from gamers all the time about game devs being cheap or lazy but really there are tons of money realities that people outside the industry don't consider. Would love if DF had like a special or some interview on the topic!

Sifu is adding gameplay modifiers in an update coming this week. Do you guys have examples of games which have modifiers which you love?
