A week of hot news - Sony scrambles to take on Game Pass (or Games Pass, as Alex would more correctly call it as it has more than one game), The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2 is delayed but showcased with new footage that looks significantly beyond Switch's capabilities - and Intel launches its first Arc GPU products. RTX 3090 Ti also debuts. And... could it be? Is Knack finally returning? And if not, why not?

Thanks for taking my question and sharing your stories! It was an AGP card which is what spurred the upgrade. I snagged an nvidia card that was PCIe so I had to replace the mobo. It wasn’t until I tried to swap it that I realized the power supply was proprietary, and not only that, the Motherboard mounts were too! I had to replace the case because of that. It was a hard lesson in PC building, but I haven’t looked back.

I got lazy and bought an Alienware with GTX 680 (2013?) and the PSU failed. And it was proprietary… so I switched back to build my own until this year, when I bought a pre-built from a “local” provider (Canada Computers) as getting the parts separately was not remotely feasible. It did require me to go 3070 (I prefer x80[ti] models) but I can upgrade/repair at will…

Might it be possible to perform BFI via some sort of external processor before the signal gets to the TV? What about using special software/drivers on a PC to BFIze a signal before sending it to the TV?

John, I am with you man. I don't plan to support the higher tiers of PS+. I hope they will offer the older titles available for sale for people who don't want to subscribe to the higher tiers.

Thank you, guys!

Thanks for the answer to my question. Shed some new lights around it. It was weird that nothing was talked about, since last year. Let's see how it will turn out on the long run.
