Apologies for the lateness on this one... over two hours of 4K video is challenging to deliver quickly! The 4K download version is still in progress and YouTube itself continues to work its way through the ultra HD encode.

Here's the blurb: with John and Alex either on holiday or otherwise unavailable, Rich is joined by Tom and Oliver for our weekly show discussing the latest gaming and technology news. The team take a look at the recent Star Wars Outlaws previews, Tom gets to grips with Nobody Wants To Die and Visions of Mana, while also taking a look at the RT upgrades to EA Sports titles using the Frostbite engine. Meanwhile, Rich shares the ROG Ally X benchmarks we couldn't share in the preview, and shares his thoughts on AMD's Fluid Motion Frames 2 upgrade.

And here's the customary additional block of text that points out that if you're new to the DF Supporter Program and want early podcast access to DF Direct Weekly, you should ignore any Patreon links elsewhere and click like crazy here for your exclusive feed: https://open.acast.com/public/patreon/fanSubscribe/593963
