Mermay sketch comic! (6 pages) (Patreon)

Hello Hello, long time no see 🫂

I brought you a lengthy little something for a mermay that was requested by one of the patreons. I never really dipped my toes into mermay in general, so it’s my first time drawing mermen yaaay! I’m actually quite satisfied with the way Deku’s body ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) looks here!

The little background story for this comic is that one day Deku disappeared from the village, and it was rumoured that he simply drowned due to his morbid curiosity for the sea. One day little Bakugou slipped off his boat while fishing and met Deku for the first time after his mysterious disappearance. He feels great relief from seeing his friend being alive, although after noticing how Deku changed and turned into something else - Bakugou, scared and shocked, runs away. Comic begins at the point of their adulthood. Deku, being little annoying himself, tries to approach Kacchan again and again until ultimately succeeding, or rather, seducing him into unspeakable heresy - to lay with the creature of sea! They keep meeting like that occasionally, but Bakugou’s anxiety grows more and more every time as he’s scared that villagers will find out about mermaids still existing in the waters, as majority of them were slaughtered for sake of wealth and luxury.
