OH MAN, WE’RE GETTIN’ TO THE GOOD STUFF NOW. Hope you all had a good weekend! Leslie and I certainly did: We got our first dose of the covid vaccine! We’ve got that Moderna juice all up in our bloodstream! No side effects outside of some arm soreness. Of course, immunity doesn’t kick in until about two weeks from now from what I’ve heard, but I tell you, that shot in the arm was a real shot in the arm. It’s definitely upped my mental state. Hell, I’ve hit the treadmill and burned 1100 calories just in these last two days! We’re still definitely going to wear masks in public to make sure other people are comfortable (I know I panicked a few times seeing people with no masks in the same grocery store aisles as me), but god, I can’t wait until I can go get a fucking haircut. I hope you all are able to get your vaccines just as quick and easy as we were! Just hang in there!
