So, the tropical storm from the last blog post completely missed our city. Didn't get a single drop of rain. Wasn't even windy! Felt kind of silly worrying about it so much. Everything was tied up around our apartment complex, everything shut down. It's good to take extra precautions, but man, I'm so glad we didn't bail and drive three hours west like we originally planned on doing. What a waste that would have been. But yeah, we're all safe and sound! 

Also, Leslie's been trying to make custom dolls lately by taking existing Monster High dolls, sanding them down and making her own adjustments. Why? Not sure! But it actually looks super cool so if you wanna check that out, follow her on twitter!
