Pet ownership is hell. Last night, our chihuahua hurt his back. This happens occasionally, he's just an old baby with shitty old bones and sometimes he throws his back out doing something stupid. But when his back hurts, he gets fidgety and restless. Neither of us got any sleep at all last night because he kept moving around. And Thursday, we gotta take him to the vet to get his teeth cleaned. They have to put him under anesthesia and keep him there for nine straight hours, so we're panicking a little about that. He might be annoying sometimes, but he's the sweetest little dog I've ever met in my life. Even if I feel like I'm going to pass out writing this blog post because of him. God I hope we can actually sleep tonight.
