We made a ton more progress on this, and are hoping to debut it on Wednesday.

Right now, we're working on colors (I'm flatting for Zach today while he takes a break) and SFX (which I don't do until after final colors.)

I think it kinda works in black and white, though. I'd letter it differently if it were staying that way, so that the balloons didn't vanish into the black (I think it makes it harder to tell who is talking.)

Anyway, this is going to go up this week, and then we're back to Starfall!

I agree that it works very well in black and white. Honestly from my limited knowledge of Ravenloft/Curse of Strahd, I wouldn't be surprised to find it was a land devoid of color, or the variety thereof.

This is awesome! I can’t wait til Wednesday when I can share it with my Curse of Strahd D&D group!

Maybe just two colors to add a few pops of color here and there?

Also, I *really* want to play Curse of Strahd, but I'm afraid that by the time I get around to it, I'll have slowly absorbed a bunch of spoilers by osmosis :(

I like that you can "tell" that "Ireena" climbed out past Candor, with them effectively swapping seats between panels three and four of page two, so that if I had paid more attention I might have realized what Candor had actually done before Strahd caught on. Excellent work!
