Hey guys, I'd love your feedback on this.

Is there a part of D&D rules, lore, or mechanics that you'd like to see our spin on? Let us know in the comments.

Super interesting! I really like the direction, and I think this mechanics guide is a cool start. I'm curious how you're thinking about "the rest of the world" as a result? I feel like in much of the D&D world, many of the conflicts / interactions live along "race" lines (the war of the dragons and giants, drow are attacking a gnome camp, etc etc), in part to make it easier for PCs to build up useful knowledge of the world around them (I'm facing some kobolds, so I know they fight in packs, etc). So are the PC's alone in being "raceless" in the world? This also might just be a fun thing for DM's to play with, but curious if you had thoughts!

I was hoping to create a situation where the DM regulates what people are called, but the players dictate what their skill set is. Kobolds can still be a thing, and so can an all-kobold campaign, but a player can decide they're a giant kobold with a magical education.
