It is really not easy to do credible joints, fingers, toes and the shadows that come with them. You do them very well in my eyes! I'm always impressed by your toes. For a constructive criticism (if you want realism for your background only!), in the background, a broken tile would rarely be a line that goes inside a tile. More often, you would see that a line should go from one side of the tile to another side. It can be short, curve, have multiples angles, more lines that goes from the main line to a side of the tile, but it will go from one side to the next. The broken lines in themselves are excellent; just the direction to tweak a bit. For example, the thin line in the second left tile from the top shows how a tile would be broken in real life, how the tension that makes it break would stretch to two sides. Think that with a broken tile, you should be able to leave with a section of the tile when it is broken.

Thank you, I'm glad to hear that. I try to give good detail to the feet, make them look cute. Actually, I intended the floor to be made of stone, and the cracks and flaws are due to weight and wear. I didn't think much about it, since I never contemplated it from the beginning; I only did it because I needed to do something with the background.
