Some I’m older. I was aware of the animated Last Airbender but at the time it just seemed like a kids show. I never developed any relationship with it. But cut to this weekend. I was bored and just thought I’d see what Paul Sun-Hyung Lee and Daniel Dae Kim were doing. I thought I’d watch one episode and be done. But I got hooked. Now I admit I’m curious about the animated series but I’m reluctant to start cause I don’t want to get any hints on the storyline.

Dave: You should make a note to add Drive Away Dolls to your list of movies that THEY didn't get for 2024. It has a C cinema score (lower than Madame Web's C+), 36% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes, and I didn't care for it all that much, giving it 2 out of 5 stars, although I really wanted to like it. (I'm actually surprised you didn't mention the Drive Away Dolls cinema score on the episode.) Whenever people make end of the year lists, they always forget Jan/Feb movies, but this one would seem to fit your personal "Movies they didn't get" list to a tee.

If you enjoyed Margaret Qualley (rhymes with WALL-E, by the way) you should check out SANCTUARY, one of my favorites of 2023. It’s a horny two-hander with Christopher Abbot (Possessor, Poor Things). It’s in the Neon screener set, so I know at least Dave already has it, but definitely worth a watch!

Dave, thanks for always mentioning where to stream movies and tv shows you guys have been watching. I really appreciate it.

I second the Sanctuary rec, it was a blast! It was also a delight seeing them both in Poor Things shortly after 😀

For other recs you get, JustWatch is great for finding where a title is available to rent or stream in your region 😊
