Comment disappear? (Patreon)

Hi everyone! I found out some of the comments disappeared, I have no idea about how to fix it, because when my patrons leave comments, I'll receive the email notice. But this time I received the notice and wanted to reply to it, and it just disappeared????  Unless you guys deleted it, or I really don't know where the problem is.XDDD
