Not sure if you have watched Last of Us, but this map has similar vibes. 

The map is not very large but works as a final reveal or even a boss fight map. 

This map has a small attic with a strange fungal infestation. Some person has been sacrificed or has sacrificed themselves to nourish a fungal growth of alien origin.
