Miss O'Shea has dforce modifiers applied to her outfit.  The only issue I was really having was getting the shine on her top.  If any of you have any tips on getting a better look, please let me know.  Converting the models is easy.  It's all the material settings that drive me mad :)  I used the metallicity setting - so if you feel it's too shiny, you can adjust it there - or just work your own magic.

Also, the lace on her outfit is very tricky.  I'd recommend that once you have her posed, you adjust weights around the hand, if necessary.  I also recommend a very handy tool called mesh grabber - which looks to be on sale as I write this. 

Hair bones have been added for some movement and female gens are applied.  If you don't own female gens then delete them.
