Channel your inner Princess for the art. When you tell them what you do, focus on the ASMR part and helping with sleep and Anxiety. The nsfw I would avoid mentioning, but if you have too then play it in the light of helping shy people with anxiety issues experience what dating and relationship intimacy is like. With an emphasis on the mundane day to day when explaining it to family, so basically you're a therapist; Lol

For when people ask what you do, you could just go the route of the VA, but when asked "for what company" you can just say "freelance". If asked what works youre in, you could day something like "its mainly commisions, kind of like fiverr. And occasionally I get ad related stuff." (Which if you get sponsor ad reads to do, not technically lying either). Alternatively you can go the route of just saying "oh I'm a youtuber." If asked about what your channel is, you can just say for privacy/security reasons you don't give it out to people you know IRL (works for what genre you do too). And last option I can think of is stealing from my best friend's fiancé. She does OF and other types of content like that (and no I've never seen it or know her handle). But only me, her best friend and obviously my best friend know she does that. To everyone else, she's a small time content creator on all social medias, but primarily she's a "social media manager" and manages a few smaller channels and networks. Which technically is the truth, just all the smaller channels are hers....and she does manage them.
