This one was for me.

I'd be very surprised if any on you even heard of "Les voyages du Tortillard". Known as "The secret Railroad" in the rest of Canada even if, to my knowledge, it was never translated and only shown in the french communities and in France.

That said, "Le Tortillard" ( an animated series about a kid, an old man and a very bored cat called Melanie, having magical adventures onboard of a mysterious train ) was a very important part of my childhood. Stela was a unique character. Where ever the train went, Stella was there, in different costumes, in a different role. Sometime she was a princess, a witch, a gardener, even a giant. And while she didn't have the memories of her previous incarnations, she was never a complete stranger either. It was very... early 80's.... and brown... Oh so very brown : P
