How are you doing my beautiful people?

Just got back from a small 3 days break out of town at my best friend’s place… SOOOO satisfying!

1rst of all, have you seen this insane trailer for MOTUR. How epicly awesome was that!!!!!!!

I don’t think I can be more hyped for this thing. I admit, while I’m a BIG fan of the guy, I was slightly apprehensible having Kevin Smith at the helm of this thing. But man, am I sold at this point. The look, the feel, the 80's nostalgia...  The barren green and purple backgrounds… Holing out for a hero!?!?!?!?! It feels for my gown ass adult self just like the original felt for little 5 years old me.

I can’t wait!


About the work:

Got a small list of corrections for the last commission on Wednesday night, but at that time I was working on something else for the fun of it, so tomorrow I’ll fix theses and have him approve the final lines. I’m not usually that careful, but sometime you get the feel from the original request about your client, and this one is a picky one ^^ I’m not bitching, that’s just how it is, and its ok. Some clients will take the first draft without questions; others will have a bunch of corrections. The aim is to get the best pic possible at the end. But, as I said, I was on something else, and when I’m excited for a piece of art, it is hard for me to put it aside before the end :P

After that, if I didn’t hear from her before end I’ll contact Tracy and see what’s up with the script… she’s probably just a bit overwhelmed by the amount of work she has for the next release date (usually around the 15th )

I got a small not adult theme related commission for a friend of mine ( couldn’t say no).

And then it’s pin up times until I can take my two weeks vacation ( probably around the end of July or start of August ) I’m still wondering if I'll try to go somewhere or take a digital painting course… We’ll see.
