State of the Ketirz - Nov. 2022 (Patreon)

General update for y'all, and forgive me if it gets weird grammatically or anything because I'm writing it on my phone:

On Halloween night, my desktop decided to effectively brick itself. I'm not sure what exactly is wrong with it, but it has put me out of commission over this last week. I've been sorting things pit and waiting for some details before outlining what that means for things here.

That said, here's where we are:

• a friend is recovering data and everything important seems intact; something is either hosed in the BIOS or Windows itself to such a degree that I cant even get it through the reinstall process, is my best theory, though more experience troubleshooters than I suspect the hard drive is dying. Either way, we are getting everything off of it, and nothing important seems lost.
• a new rig was already in the process of being acquired before this happened, largely thanks to a couple other friends and my lovely wife.
• the ETA on that is likely at least another week, at which point I'll need to get my software back up to speed. Theres gonna be some more hiccup, but things are going about as smoothly as I could ever hope thus far.

Thank you for your understanding while I sort these things out! I'll try and make up for the lull once I can work proper again in a couple weeks. Honestly, sitting around with TV and video games is sort of driving me crazy lol. I'll survive though, even if I am missing drawing titties.
