Here's a fun little behind the scenes thing.

I decided to try out some scene planning with the space under Vinyl's table.  It's something I want to do moving forward with more complicated spaces to make it easier to stay consistent between shots regarding background details, and it seemed wise to make my first attempt at such a thing happen within a small space.

It's a pretty simple layout, overall, with the focal point of everything being the station that holds the power relay she's so proud of.  There's some lights hung up, a couple boxes in the corner, and a couple other smaller details.

Above that, we have a lighting test I did to try and cement the scene's visuals.  The original concept had green light, but we wound up going with a blue glow emanating from Vinyl's precious gemstone. The blue dims stayed in for the final setup, giving the area a nice shaded over look.

Iunno.  Thought it might be interesting!  We haven't hit the point where I can show much of the behind the scenes development stuff that goes on outside of the page work yet, and my other projects are in a similar boat as well, but I'd love to do more posts like this that sort of show some of the process you wouldn't normally see.
