Updating price schemes (Patreon)

My prices will be going up at the start of next month, needing a revised price chart.

I will be migrating tiers in the same way as before.

New tiers will be made and those wishing to keep their tiers will be invited to co-ordinate with me moving to the new slots and closing the old ones behind them.
