[Poll] Patreon or Discord for hosting the OC request posts? (Patreon)

Yo! I've been trying to make the OC request posts more friendly to international Patrons (by rolling the original time an hour back, posting more reminders, etc...), but there have been some complaints about users experiencing latency from the non-North-American Patreon servers, causing them to miss out on commenting within the threshold.

I've also had connection issues with Patreon at times, so I can see why there's some frustration.

A potential solution would be to have a dedicated channel on our Patreon Discord for hosting the requests; a bot could post an automated message - same time on the 20th of every month, and the first 3 replies underneath that could decide the winners. I'm unsure if everyone on this tier wants to have to join the Discord just to participate in the requests, however. I'm also not sure how Discord's international servers compare to Patreon's, so you'll have to draw from your own experience when voting. Furthermore, I'd have to whitelist the channel for the 'Aburaage' role, and I've had instances in the past where Patreon's Discord bot doesn't assign a role to someone who should have it -- this could be a potential problem, so you'd have to double-check your status and DM me if it's incorrect. For what it's worth, DC also doesn't seem to have as exact timestamps as Patreon does (which shows post times down to milliseconds).
