This illustration is amazing! Your twilight background is gorgeous in this piece. I love the dusk to midnight gradient as it sets the tone perfectly, its very picturesque and there nothing more romantic than mating under the stars. The idea of larger female, let alone a beast, towering over a submissive and comparatively smaller male is incredibly hot, as it feeds into primal themes of dominancy. Lunagaron’s facial expression is alluring yet lustful, she’s clearly been breed but the menacing look in her eye implies that she’s isn’t satisfied. I love the way in which she’s crouched over him, its as if she’s claiming him all for herself or guarding the lucky male from other mates, and no wonder she’s protective, he’s able to impregnate her species which is an impressive feat. The detailing in this piece is wonderful, I’m not massively familiar with the character/series, but I love her jagged and scaly appearance, its an interesting combination of visual aesthetics as you’ve drawn them beautifully. I like the faint glow of her genitals plus nipples, and those paw pads look really soft, given her size they must be huge.

2022-10-17 03:06:57 Thanks a bunch! I really appreciate your feedback on this one. I've been watching some painting vids lately, and I got really motivated to attempt a more scenic background. For some reason, drawing characters w/ scales always gets me in the mood for painting. Maybe it's the fact that I have to do a lot more experimenting with brushes to draw scale textures. Anyways, I'm glad you dig the amount of size-dif! And speaking of menacing, I really fw large foreboding characters, especially with sharp teeth/claws. Idunno, but characters that could easily kick my ass are rlly hot. I also don't have much knowledge of the game they're from either, but the design was really satisfying to draw, especially all the spikes (I think the species has different forms w/ varying amounts of spikes & ice shards). It was a nice change of pace, since I usually draw softer-looking characters. Def gotta draw more big dragons/monsters sometime soon.
