A potion brew gone wrong. Not spectacularly mind you, she just messed up  the formula. If it wasn’t for her divination magic she wouldn’t have  realised this. 

What does this strange potion do? It’s a “Growth potion” as per a single  suggestion I received. Unfortunately, it’s a growth potion in every  vague meaning. Powerful yet a little horrifying. 

By the way, the book she’s reading is probably something along the lines  of “Potion Troubleshooting: For Dummies - Volume Whatever” 

Although she's hard to beat at Divination, she isn't that great at Alchemy. Luckily, it's just a hobby.
