Update of Patron Requests (Patreon)

Ultimate Patron, I'm still gonna do your request for something with Ryuji, just send your idea when you're ready. Later on I'm gonna pick someone for May's patron request and I'm announcing here a new rule involving the requests. If I don't get an answer by a 12th of given month, the request will be null and voided.

ALSO. I know I would take a small break from Danganronpa stuff, which I am but I'll take suggestions this month on the 10th. Since I mainly have the guys, they will have a LOT of screen time
