Luckily I've never been a keyboard or mouse snob. I have been using a Logitech K740 that I got on sale at Staples over a decade ago. I bought it because I wanted a backlit keyboard since I have my back to the light on my ceiling fan and therefore block the light with my body. It has 3 light levels of white light(and off of course). The keys feel fine to me. It is NOT a gaming KB since it is designed so that certain multiple keys pressed at the same time won't register, but that's not a problem for me. I will be sad when the day comes that this KB dies since I presume that there have been changes made in the construction since I bought mine, and changes are almost always made just to save money and not improve. I didn't know how expensive the KB was when I bought it for $20 or I would have bought half a dozen. I think they go for $70.

Thanks, but I’ll stick with my Logitech MX Mechanical. If it doesn’t have a hot key to switch between paired machines, it’s basically on tier with the membrane keyboards you can grab from the ewaste closet in the office.
