A brief video about my dormant garden in winter, Zone 6. A video in which I complain about my neighbor's noisy truck, we take a look at my (still kinda developing) seed starting setup, and I discuss my new raised beds and plans for future garden projects. Now featuring ducks!

Feb 2023: Krista's Garden Vlog

There is not a lot going on in the garden in February in Zone 6. It's still a bit chilly! But I'll take you along for a quick tour of what I've got. Sorry for some of the noise issues-- between my neighbors and the wind it's a bit weird in a few spots. The perils of filming outdoors. Some of the plants I mention in this video: 1. How are you dealing with deer and groundhogs and such?

The groundhogs haven't been a problem yet, they mostly stick to the back if we see them at all. The deer are also mainly in the woods and haunt the apple trees-- they keep gnawing down one of my honeycrisp saplings. -_- We're planning on putting up a slightly better fence around the main veggie patch this year just to be safe.

Krista .. Take a page from Ryan and get a full auto machine gun. set up a pumpking and miss it in close range of the blue tooth speaker ... Swear a lot and fire again :)

Hopefully I didn't jinx you. The groundhogs were so bad at my place last year that they had to wait in line.
