So this is a thing. We found the Radeon VII is an expecially good value for content creators. While it matched the 2080 in performance, it was a more stable gaming experience in terms of frametimes and performance consistency. 

The experience was marred only by the default relatively loud fan profile; applying "autoundervolt" via the Radeon software solved all the complaints we might have had, thought.

The intro is a reference to Prince. They thought it would be too obscure to use the Egyptian finger cymbal sound instead of the beep. So it's a beep. :-P

the FP64 ability of the M150 is worth the $4300 apparently, according to an engineer I know, who bought several. ^_^
