Mention in the credits for English version (Patreon)

I have finished the last animation fixes for English version of Morevna Episode 3. Now I reworking end credits to make them more attractive. 

The credits has a "Sponsored by" section, which lists everyone who claimed an appropriate reward from our crowdfunding campaign for Russian voicing. I decided that it would be fair to extend this list with the names of Patrons who have their lifetime pledge higher than 100 USD. Just wanted to let you know. ^__^
