I spent too much time for making a mailing list than expected.

If a number of my patrons is about 500, I should spend a whole day for only making a mailing list.

I check your status, pledge and your request(ME3 addon1, K&B1 or K&B2).

And my patrons are changing every month. Many guys join on my patrons and some patrons are leaved.  

It is very complicated and this problem is caused many rules.

I need more simple rules!

Roughly, 

1. just 1 item. not any more a reward list.

But I should find another way you can get old ones (using affect3d store or ETC)

2. just 1 release day. 

In previous post, I said about 2nd release day. But I do not want to spend my time for making another mailing list any more. I hope to spend my time to make 3DX  xD

Maybe 3rd~5th day on each month. It is good time for you and me. At 1st day of each month, Patreon.com provide my patrons list contain your status and pledge. That is only criterion to make a mailing list. 

In this month reward case, if my working time is longer than expected, but I will use that patrons list at 1st day on each month.

Above is not decided. But my thought is that rule is good for control a mailing list and new guys join in my patrons can understand it easily.

When I decide a changing rules of a reward program, I will post it.
