The final episode!  Stray Kids debuted with 9 members.
Great performances & special guest performance!

Even though this show was kind of annoying (JYP) I still enjoyed it and learned more about the members and their bond!

I really loved going thru this journey with u 🤍 About woojin, I can't really say much Im a baby stay and all I got told was that both woojin and straykids don't want to be associated at all in anything so idk sine they said that I haven't really had an opinion or anything like that but I did check out some woojin solo stuffs and I hope this doesn't come off weird and I genuinely mean it but He is sooo good as a soloist not to say that he wasn't good as skz member but for me… ( just opinion) mostly I feel like he didn't really fit when it comes to their sound and when I see his solo stuffs he really shines so brightly and I enjoy some of his solo stuffs. And about content that people check out on patron is I usually see them reacting to “2kids room”. It's where two members sit down and just talk their hearts out ( it's not always serious stuff, it's mostly not serious tbh it's just them confessing their love to each other and simping 😭) its really fun to watch for me and it helped me know about the members bond and them as a person a lottt, it's like 15 mins long and they talk about everything from their debut life to their dorm life or just what they ate last night. The other one is “skz code”. “Skz code” is basically like BTS “run” eps it's playing games, cooking and stuff like that (it is CHAOTIC ). Yeah these are the two that I usually see on patron and album reactions and stuff like that. And u mentioned that u were kinda nervous to check them out after that one song because although it was really good, it wasn't really something that u listen to which is perfectly fine tbh a lot of stays have songs that they don't really listen to because straykids are very experimental and not every song is for everyone but I do want to assure u that they have many kinda songs and you'll for sure love some of it so I'm looking forward to the guide and ur future content with skz ( I also watch ur bts contents 🤍) And u mentioned that u think bangchan takes most of woojin part, I think so too. It's different depending on the song but they did rerecord all their albums after woojin left ( in like a really 2 or 3 weeks idk how they do stuffs like that they always impress me ) and I didn't really go through all their songs but I would also assume bangchan takes most of of woojins part they have kind of similar voice in a way And I love the bangchan appreciation because creating his group, producing, mentoring dance practice, singing, dancing, writing songs, being a leader and stepping out for everything to the front is not an easy thing to do and surprisingly he gets the most hate on social media for silly things but if only they knew that behind everything that skz done, he is there and there won't be no skz without him but overall I loved going thru this with u so much 🤍thank you

I'm just gonna weigh in on the woojin situation for a sec, most (if not all) of the accusations agains him were debunked and proven to be false, however his fandom and stays don't associate with each other (as well as skz and him) because a lot of stuff went down after he left and it's easier to just steer clear tbh lol. Most stays don't really support him as he caused a lot of grief for skz and some suspect that something went down between him and the members after seeing what chan has said etc and just the energy of whenever the situation is brought up (there's more to it than this but there's no use in speaking abt it tbh cos this comment would be even longer than it already is lmao, there's a lot of info out there that you can read up on if you're interested). However this shouldn't stop you from supporting and checking out woojin's stuff if you're interested! He's for sure very talented, and as a previous commenter said, he shines much more brightly solo. Looking back, most agreee that he never really fit in with skz's sound and energy as a whole group, so I guess things worked out the way they were meant to.

Congrats on finishing the series and hopefully being done with JYP for a long time! Looking forward to the guide! Here's some answers: - I believe the lady crying at the end was Chan's mum. - Yes they do have animal representations/emojis! They have SKZOO which is like BT21 where they each have a representative character, and there's merchandise etc. - Not to discount the points you were making as I'm sure Felix has had some issues in being seen as a 'foreigner' but just FYI he isn't mixed race. - You mentioned subunits - they have a lot of subunit songs, sometimes on albums, but a lot are just things they put out on youtube (also a lot of solos will come out like that). I don't think Hyunjin and Han have one together yet?? But I will say Hyunjin and Chan have a spicy one that I'll look forward to you seeing in the future 👀 - The producer 1TAKE has just done a few songs with them, maybe four or so. Most of the time their tracks are produced by 3RACHA working with one other producer per track - the guy they work with the most often lately is called Versachoi. - I hear Woojin's lines were taken mostly by Seungmin and Han.

My 2 cents about Woojin - some Stays will censor his name and face and I think that's unnecessary. I think a guide should just acknowledge that they were once 9 and Woojin left (I can't remember if the guide you're talking about does that or not). I definitely don't think they need to go into detail about him in a guide. The little that's been said after he left tells us it was not on good terms, and it was a very tough time for the guys as it was a couple of weeks before an album came out, which they had to quickly re-record, redo the choreo, MV, etc. I think some Stays take their cues from the way he's been removed from as much content as possible (they re-recorded all their previous album tracks to remove him and released them as compilation albums, removed him from MV video thumbnails etc) and prefer to just not acknowledge him. Some shit obviously went down for them to be this thorough. So that's some context about why fans might leave him out of their content. This is not to excuse what happened to him with the false rumors - no one should have to go through that. I became a fan after he left so I don't have emotional stakes in the game, I just stay neutral and think as others have said, they're all better off where they are now.

Sorry for multiple comments but regarding other content, I've mentioned 2 Kids Room previously, I see another of your viewers mention it above. If you're interested in their relationships, it's very good. I learned a lot from it. Each pair of guys sits down and has a talk together. It started in 2018 and each 'season' they do a subset of the pairs. So the guys will have two or three videos together over the years. One thing I saw another reactor do, is to take a pair and watch their videos in order. So for example, take Lee Know and Seungmin and watch their video together from 2019 and then the one from 2022, to see how they have grown and how their relationship has changed. The older videos are about 7 min long, newer ones are more like 15 min. If you want a playlist, let me know, happy to make one.

I do support Woojin ….. buy his music etc. I love his voice and as long as he’s making music I’ll be there!

Sooooo what about reacting to Peaktime??!❤️

(I haven't watched the EP, but based on the comments I'm assuming the Woojin situation was brought up, and it's something I feel very strongly about) What was done to Woojin was really horrific, and I really don't like how there still seems to be this aversion to him as a person even though we literally know nothing about the situation other than it was sudden and probably a difficult decision for everyone... But based on the kind of music he's making now, I'd guess a lot of it had to do with his artistic vision. I hope you check his stuff out as well at some point since it's really good, though a lot of lyrics are painful to read since it's obvious that he was deeply affected by it all, even if he tries to remain hopeful.

I've been watching your content for a while now on Youtube and partly on Patreon and have always been waiting for you to start Stray Kids, haha. Now I've watched your reaction to the survival show in one weekend and first: YAY you're done! I think you are the first Reactor who started with the Survival Show and knew almost nothing about Stray Kids. So your reactions were pretty exciting. On the Woojin situation (the comment is getting long, but I'll try to be brief. I think every stay and every cub has something to say about it and feelings on the subject...): I was already a Stay at that time and suddenly this statement from JYP came out, followed by that the release date of the album was postponed and so on. That was a turbulent and hard time for Stay as well as for Stray Kids and it left clear scars. Many things have happened and especially Chan has been cryptic here and there about the situation. To recount that would make the commentary unnecessarily long. But how hard it was for the SKZ members became clear just recently in a video, where they react among other things to old performances of themselves, are as loud as ever and at Levanter (the 1st comeback after Woojin) they suddenly became quiet and said that it was a hard time, but they see it as the beginning of Stray Kids. Since I myself don't follow Woojin's solo career (which has nothing to do with the false accusations, they were horrible!), I can't say how Woojin is handling it. To be honest, on my side of twitter I actually get more of the things that have a bitter taste, especially with Stay, like Woojin often announcing stuff on dates that have special meanings for Stray Kids and Stay, etc. Which I do not want to hold against Woojin himself at all, since this can be purely be wanted for marketing by the company. I myself have nothing against Woojin and I think I would even like it if more Reactors make videos to his music, because he has to fight hard in the industry. Because of possible next reactions: Most are actually watching SKZ Code. But there is also 2 Kids Room (as already mentioned), which has a calmer atmosphere than SKZ Code. I personally love SKZ Fandom Tour, which has less episodes but is super funny. Finding Stray Kids is also fun variety content. But since you're also really into behind the scenes, Kingdom has a whole behind the scenes of Stray Kids. Normally SKZ also does an intro to each release where they talk about the album, for the current album (5 Stars) they also have behind the scenes videos for recording as well as dance practice. But that might be something you want to look into, when you've heard the albums. So there is a lot of content to bite through. I'm so excited to see what your bias will be, you can really only find out with Variety content, right?

Loved rewatching this series with you! Glad that you are getting to know the kids more and appreciating them! I'm super excited for the guide and definitely think TeaNoSuga's guide is very good and informative. For stuff to watch after this, I definitely agree with the suggestions of 2 Kids Room and SKZ Code. I know you mentioned about how they should do a It's Live performance and I definitely agree. While they haven't done that, they have done performances on a kind of similar show called The First Take for some of their Japanese songs that are amazing and show their live vocals. I would also recommend the three Lee Mujin service episodes that members have done. Seungmin, Han, and I.N each have one. You also asked about if they have done unit songs and they definitely have. You have the three basic units with 3racha, Danceracha, and Vocalracha that have had unit songs but they also did a Youtube show called Howl in Harmony where they formed units and each made a song with a music video that ended up on their second full album. These are all great and it was really cool to see the behind of creating those songs. I'm not sure if you'd want to hear and watch the MVs first cause there are some spoilers in the show as they are making it but either way it's really fun. This was also shot after Kingdom so there is some talk about that in there that is fun to see. For the Woojin situation, my thoughts very much align with the comment above mine. I have nothing against him personally since we don't know the full reasons why he left, but I do watch almost all of SKZ's content so I have seen some of how the guys were affected by it all. I also became a Stay after he had already left so I didn't have too much of a connection with him in the first place. I just tend to keep them separate as that is what both parties seem to want. I don't really listen to his stuff but that's just mostly preference. Anyways, I am super excited for your journey into Stray Kids. They have so many different types of songs so don't be too worried about some of it being a bit aggressive for you, lol. There's something for everyone to love!

I'm a new subscriber to your Patreon and have binge-watching your skz-content! I became a Stay shortly after God’s Menu so I never experienced the group as 9, but I’m ambivalent about Woojin. I think all the rumors that came out around him were awful and I was glad when he was vindicated. However, most older era Stays are pretty sensitive about Woojin because of how his departure impacted the other members. During one of the first concerts they did as 8 (I believe in December 2019/January 2020), nearly all the members broke down during their ending ments. Hyunjin, in particular, was full-on sobbing, begging Stays not to leave them (this is why Hyunjin’s hiatus was very traumatic for a lot of us). I’m sure they were uncertain about their future and whether their fans would stick with them or not. We don’t know why he left but I have to imagine it hit all of the kids hard. Chan, in particular. He’s never straight out said anything about it but he has alluded to it. I’m sure he felt it on a way more personal level because he was the one who put the group together and wanted Woojin on the team. I think this whole experience that both Skz and Stays went through is why Skz are very very very devoted to their fans (and vice versa). I think you commented on that once in one of your Kingdom videos. I don’t have any ill will towards Woojin. It sounds like he’s doing quite well as a soloist. I just don’t love how his leaving affected the group. He left weeks before a comeback (they had to push it back several weeks). They had already released a pre-release MV (Double Knot) a few weeks before the news broke, and they had to edit him out of another one (Astronaut). They had to re-record and learn new choreo -which I'm sure was all so stressful for them. I know some newer Stays avoid anything pre-Levanter era and I think that’s a huge shame. Woojin was an integral part of their first 1.5 years. They put out some amazing and risky music that helped define their style and sound. To ignore it or brush over it does a huge disservice to the members because it downplays how hard they worked during the start of their careers. However, Stray Kids really came into their own with God’s Menu and the number eight is very special to Stays and the members. As mentioned, they re-recorded all of their songs and also released special choreo videos for Boxer and Voices. As you go through your journey, I would recommend watching both videos for both songs. It’s obviously totally okay if you want to check out Woojin’s stuff! He's immensely talented. But I would just be mindful of some fans (if you post on YouTube) who may take offense or come after you for doing so. Like I said, they're super sensitive about Woojin... :l I’m so looking forward to you diving more into the kids! It’s easy to assume they have a certain sound just going off of their title tracks, but you’ll learn quickly they have such a versatile discography! As others have said, 2 Kids Room is a really great idea because you learn more about their dynamics and relationships! SKZ Code is also worth the watch because you see their personalities shine and see how absolutely dumb and chaotic they are! I also recommend watching their First Take videos (Slump, Mixtape: OH, Scars, Case 143, and Lost Me) as you can really see how their live vocals pop off. You're going to have so much fun!

Austin if you see this, just to let you know there are a few corrections she's made in that guide which you can see if you turn on captions.

I saw you did Lee Mujin service for another idol, you should totally do all three Stray Kids: Han/Seungmin/IN Lee Mujin shows (patreon) to get a feel for some of their vocals for your next stray kids dive (outside of a guide which i encourage you to do TeaNoSuga’s guide like you have planned). All of their shows impressed tf out of me. I do like a lot of their music after getting in a little deeper but I am similar to you (I think) in regards to music taste. I genuinely didn’t think I would like their music which is why I didn’t look into them until this year. I was sucked in by their personalities first (Chans live shows and Felix on TikTok) and really held off before I decided to atleast watch their Lee Mujin presentations to really see what I was getting into. I was so impressed with what they showed that I finally made the dive into their music. I’m being completely honest that I’m not a huge fan of some of their songs (which is ok) BUT I am also a big fan of a lot of their music despite that. They have a lot of color and genres. Also, I am a huge fan of Hans (Jisung) solo music. Pretty sure I have said it somewhere else in your comments (so sorry if I have repeated) but a lot of his music really chokes me up which is something that has only has been done by RM (and BTS) until this year. Even Woozis music doesn’t choke me up/make me emotional so I think I’m a pretty tough cookie to break on that front 😅 Anywho, just some thoughts/suggestions for you if you are uncertain where to go from here in regards to their music. Edit: making my comment to say I agree on the JYP girl group. Refund Sisters was so underrated, they were great! Edit2: I have no negative feelings for Woojin and I agree it is strange how it’s just something that is put aside like it never happened (him being in the group). I wonder sometimes if there is a legal contract that limits the guys from saying anything because of how silent they are regarding it . So really, when I have seen past content with him included I feel more curious than anything. It was strange to even realize they had a prior member because ppl are so hush hush about it 🤷🏻‍♀️. I had not a damn clue about him for quite a while until I finally started some of their early content.

mirela23b

I see no one commented it so here you go: Chan 🐺 Minho 🐰 or 🐱 from what I've seen, although his skzoo is a rabbit Changbin 🐖🐰 he's a combination of both, cutest thing ever Hyunjin's skzoo is a ferret but there's sadly no emoji for that. What we use for him instead is 🥟 since he's soft and squishy like one. He used to be a llama, but ferret fits him better imo Jisung 🐿️ Seungmin 🐶 Felix 🐥 Jeongin 🦊 and baby bread!🍞

Omg yes 🥹😭 how could I forget my pookie

For me, Grr always felt like the boys were threatening to burn down thy JYPE building if they didn't make it as 9 haha.
